Document Description
NOTE: Program EIR The Project involves the adoption and implementation of the Plan Amendment, consisting of five somewhat contiguous sub-areas which comprise the approximately 1,686 acre Amendment Area. The proposed Plan Amendment would add territory to the Existing Project Area, and would also extend the Redevelopment Agency's eminent domain authority on non-residential properties in the Existing Project Area for an additional twelve years, and increase the current tax increment and bonding limits in the Existing Project Area.
