Document Description
Pursuant to the groundwater final remedy project approved on January 31, 2011, the ERGI/TCS Addendum and the MW-38 well rehabilitation work plan is being approved. The ERGI/TCS work plan was described in the EIR. Well maintenance and replacements were also described in the EIR. Under Public Resources Code 21166 and CEQA Guideline 15162, there is no project change, change in circumstance or new information requiring further CEQA review.
