The facility has been in operation since 1995 and has been identified as an exemplary program by the American Indian/Alaska Native Head Start Bureau. APN 049-400-002 (Memorial) The subject property is currently being used as a tribal burial grounds. The Tribe has no plans currently or in the future to change the existing use of this parcel.
