Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2008-0011-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Auburn Douglas Ventures Inc. Filling of approximately 0.22 acres of seasonal wetlands and wetland swale habitat wetlands, and 0.03 acres of seasonal stream; as well as redirection of the seasonal stream through a culvert system on the site. The project will also entail the removal of at least 14 trees with diameter at breast height (DBH) of at least 4 inches.
