Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant West Oak Sierra L.P., represented by Garland R. Shaw II, for its box culvert installation and drainage improvements associated with the Liberty Village Development Project. The applicant proposes to install a 102-foot long, 12-foot wide, 5-foot high double concrete box culvert; and improve the hydraulic geometry of the unnamed tributary above and below the culvert based on hydrologic and hydraulic studies. The project will also require rip-rap installation to prevent channel erosion.
