Document Description
The applicant proposes to remove debris and trash from the length of Pool Creek that passes through the golf course property located in the Town of Winsor. This work will include the thinning of overgrown briars and the trimming of low hanging tree limbs originating from the bank of the creek. All work will be done using hand tools and mechanical vegetation cutters. Issuanec of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2008-0018-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
