Document Description
Lowering of the water level in the reservoir and the susequent use of an elevator placed on the bank of the reservoir to remove accumulated cellulose based materials such as pine needles and decaying vegetation from the bank of the reservoir and immediately below the waterline. The purpose is to prevent movement of this material into the power generating facility and to prevent the establishment of vegetation that could compromise the integrity of the dam with invasive root structures.
