Document Description
Replace existing deteriorated wood shingle roofing with new asphalt composition shingle material on the non-historic residence building at MacKerricher State Park to maintain the residence and prevent further damage. To avoid potential impacts to breeding bats, all work will be conducted between October 1 and May 1. No sensitive natural or cultural resources will be impacted as a result of this project.
