Document Description
The Big Bear Area Regional Wastewater Agency (BBARWA) Governing Board has directed staff to further study and evaluate the outfall line to determine suitability for a possible future hydroelectric facility. The study and evaluation will include in-line camera recording, electrical resistance measurements, ultra-sonic testing, and static pressure testing of the outfall line. The evaluation will also include minor ground disturbance to uncoverthe outfall line as needed.
