Project consists of the sale and assignment of 849 sf of SEZ restoration credit from Conservancy-owned land, to a receiving parcel on which an existing diesel generator will be replaced by Sierra Pacific River Company. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in Bailey Class 1b (SEZ) areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
