Document Description
The District would amend Rule 7011 to adopt the Air Resource Board's Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) for Chromium Plating and Chromic Acid Anodizing Facilities. The District is required by State law to implement and enforce the State's ATCM which became effective on October 24, 2007. In addition to adopting the ATCM by reference, the amendments require facilities to submit a compliance plan and applications for Authorities to Construct in advance of applicable compliance dates.
