Document Description
The proposed project includes the interior seismic retrofit of the H and J Buildings in the secured compound at Patton State Hospital. Proposed plans include construction of a new connector building with elevator between the H and J Buildings and ramped access to the connector building entrance to provide ADA accessibility. The project also includes interior renovation or upgrades and installation of a non-combustible roof framing system.
