Document Description
A temporary emergency Hazardous Waste Permit has been granted to Brenntag Pacific. Inc. (Brenntag) to treat hazardous waste to be treated consists of approximately 5000 gallons of an acidic mixture. The hazardout waste was generated when an intermediate bulk container failed. Hydrochloric acid was spilled on the ground and into a contained storm sewer system.
