Document Description
The project is the mitigation of onsite soil containing metals and volatile organic compounds that exceed the project-specific human health and goundwater quality protection cleanup goals developed for a commercial/industrial land use scenario. Approximately 325 cubic yards (approximately 27 truckloads) of soil will be excavated and disposed of offsite at a permitted landfill. After completion of soil excavation and disposal activities a land use convenant restricting future land uses to commercial/industrial uses will be recorded with the County Recorder's Office.
