Conduct up to eight total, 4" wide and maximum 10' deep soil borings around the accessible perimeter of Angelo's Hall and the Candle and Soap Works Buildings at Columbia State Historic Park to determine soil characteristics and profile for structural rehabilitation design. Additional work will access the crawl space to conduct hand excavations.
