Document Description
A Plan pursuant to Water Code Sections 10750 et. seq., to manage groundwater resources which are part of the Turlock Groundwater Basin within the boundaries of the Hilmar County Water District. The Plan, which is an updated version of an original plan, has been prepared in conjunction with the Turlock Groundwater Basin Association. It discusses areas of concern within the basin such as overdraft, water quality and saline intrusion. The plan discusses options for addressing the area of concerns including groundwater monitoring.
