Document Description
Alter the streambed by filming a movie over an estimated three day period, mostly during the night hours. An area of 150 square feet will be used to film under the Grand Avenue Railroad Bridge in Fillmore, CA. Lights and other light equipment will be used under the bridge. Other equipment used will be lights, fans and a fog machine. No vegetation will be disturbed and work will take place outside the water covered portions of the creek. SAA #1600-2008-0105-R5
