The U. S. C. G plans to construct a new mechanical wastewater treatment plant to produce both disinfected secondary and tertiary recycled water for use on agricultural and urban parcels owned by the U. S. C. G. Construction of a new recycled water storage pond and conversion of existing treatment ponds to recycled water ponds are also planned. Average dry water design flow will increase from 0.18 to 0.197 mgd.
