Document Description
The project consists of the construction of a three-story commercial building on a former gas station site. The proposed building will have ~33,258 sf of gross floor area and a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 2.75. The project includes retail at the ground floor with office at the second and third floors. The office floors will be accessible from Third Avenue and will have multiple points of egress. Green areas located at the perimeter of the building's third floor (also considered the roof for the second floor) will provide stormwater filtration. The project also proposes street level improvements in the form of planter boxes, new street trees and removal of the curb cuts on Third Avenue and El Camino Real.
