Document Description
The proposed project is to transfer 3,100 acre feet of water conserved under BVID pre-1914 water rights to SCVWD by the end of 2008. Water released by BVID will flow down the Yuba River through the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta to the State Water Project's Banks Pumping Plant and be delivered to SCVWD through the South Bay Aqueduct.
