Document Description
The proposed project would renovate the existing Solano County Free Library building (Old Library) for reuse as a meeting and conference center and for County training purposes. Renovations would primarily be to the interior, roof, and landscaping, would repair damage, bring the building up to current codes, incorporate conference rooms ranging from 375 to 2,694 square feet on the first floor, and incorporate office space and a 457 square foot conference room on the second floor. An ADA compliant elevator would also be installed.
