Document Description
The proposed master plan will involved the construction of new facilities to replace those that have become seismically or functionally obsolete. Full build out of the proposed master plan development would result in future construction of 1,039,000 GSF of academic, administrative and support space; 3,770 beds for future student housing; 220 faculty/staff housing units; and ~4,400 parking spaces for faculty and students. Two designated "near term" projects, Pioneer Heights Student Housing, Phase IV would provide 600 beds in 4 structures, 4 to 6 stories in height and Parking Structure 1 would provide ~1,100 parking spaces on the southwest side of the campus.
