Document Description
The project includes a Design Review request for the construction of a 6-pump fueling station to include the following uses: - 2,673 square foot convenience store; - 2,505 square foot fast food restaurant with a drive-up window; and - 3,400 square foot fueling station canopy. A 30 foot tall, 50 square foot tenant directory sign and an 18 foot tall, 50 foot fuel price monument sign are proposed as well as one wall sign on the proposed convenience store building and one wall sign on the fueling station canopy. The proposed signs are consistent with the Zoning Ordinance. A Design Waiver has been requested to construct a six foot wide sidewalk in lieu of the eight foot wide sidewalk along Cameo Drive and Knollwood Drive, required under Standard Plan 101B.
