Document Description
The proposed project would salvage, relocate, and reconstruct the historic Hoag House, which is a locally designated landmark (#12) currently stored near Annadel State Park. The building's new location would be in the southwest corner of the City of Santa Rosa's Prince Gateway Park which is currently under construction on the 0.42 acre parcel at the northwest corner of Santa Rosa Avenue and Sonoma Avenue. The Hoag house would orient toward Santa Rosa Avenue and the proposed project includes a 230 square foot addition onto the north elevation to accommodate public restrooms.
