Document Description
The proposed project is for development of a new high-density mixed use development project on property owned by the City's Redevelopment Agency. The Station District Mixed-Use Development Project as analyzed through this environmental review process, is the land use and phasing program proposed for an approximately 6-acre site that spans two blocks in the City's Station District (Blocks 2 and 3). Specifically, the Proposed Project includes development of up to 973 residential untis, up to 37,500 square feet of retail and commercial uses, and up to 6,200 square feet of business condominiums.
