Document Description
The proposed project would allow for the construction of up to 1,200 units of housing (with an average of 135 units per acre where 80 units per acre are currently allowed) and a range of building types from high-rise to mid-rise measuring from 4 floors up to 24 floors in height. It is anticipated that the residential development would include four strategically located towers. In addition, the proposed project would provide approximately 70,000 square feet of retail and commercial uses.
