Document Description
The project consists of creating a new General Plan designation, "Suñol Downtown" and a new zoning district, SD - Suñol Downtown, and applying them to the project area. The proposed plan language would recognize the existing small town nature of the community, which has existed for and developed over more than one hundred years. The proposed zoning would allow a total of ten additional units on two parcels in the project area, plus limited additional commercial development.
