Document Description
The proposed project is a Specific Plan for a mixed-use development on ~452 acres. The project includes the applications noted above. The plan clusters development into four neighborhoods and includes development of 700 low, medium and high density primary residential dwelling units; 54,000 s.f. of commercial, mixed-use, and retail uses; and 364,161 s.f. of business and light industrial uses. Approximately 313.9 acres are proposed as open space, including improved parks, farm land and natural open space. In addition, the project includes the prezoning and annexation of a 3.15 acre parcel McCarthy property, located at the intersection of Sutton Way and Idaho-Maryland Road. The McCarthy property would be prezoned Light Industrial and no development is proposed at this time.
