Document Description
Subdivision of a vacant 4.4-acre parcel within an existing subdivision into two parcels; amendment to a final development plan and amendment to a development agreement to increase the number of residential lots within the development from 371 to 372. Two houses will be constructed on an average lot size of 3.1 acres. Lot was initially to be developed with one single-family dwelling unit and horse barns, corrals, etc. Due to development encroaching around the property, applicant has decided to abandon the horse set up and subdivide the property for two residential units which will require the above actions. Utilities will be extended from existing infrastructure in the subdivision. Access will extend from the cul de sac on Lynhurst Place.
