Document Description
The project involves three encroachments: 1) at Mile Post (MP) 5.23, replace an existing 42-inch metal arch culvert (MAC) with wither: a) a new 42-inch MAC or b) an 8X5-foot concrete box culvert, 2) at MP 5.50, replace an existing 36-inch culvert with a 48-inch culvert and 3) remove up to 0.25 acres of riparian trees (measured in tree canopy area) between P.G&E. power poles 16 and 17, 24 and 26, and 62 and 64. Mitigation for various aspects of the overall project including removal of riparian trees will be accomplished by an approved conservation easement on eight acres in the Potter Valley area.
