Document Description
The proposed Culinary Arts Center is an ~22,000 sf 2 story building. It is anticipated that 125 to 175 students will be at the facility at any given time depending on the number of classes being offered. Approximately 6 to 10 staff members, depending on the number of classes at the time, would also be present. The culinary program would include instruction year-round with classes held between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm, possibly including weekends.
