Document Description
Pacific Gas and Electric Company proposes to replace their Line 131 Pipeline at Marsh Creek, in Contra Costa County. The new line will upgrade approximately 1,400 feet of the existing 24-inch diameter natural gas pipeline from class 1 to class 3. The upgrade will ensure compliance with higher safety regulations. No expansion of use is proposed. The existing above ground pipeline crossing Marsh Creek will be removed.
