Document Description
The Project consists of improvements to upgrade the seismic and hydraulic reliability of the SFPUC's regional water system where Bay Division Pipelines (BDPL) Nos. 3 and 4 cross the Hayward fault in Fremont, CA. The Project includes installation of a new pipeline, BDPL No. 3X (up to approximately 2,360 feet long) adjacent to BDPL No. 3, and improvements to BDPL No. 4. The Project also includes relocation and replacement of utility lines. See attached for additional project description information.
