CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0058-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Pat Barrett. Project is limited to removing the existing 8-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) and replacing it with an 18-inch high-density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) storm drain pipe.
