Document Description
On 3/5/14, the City of Albany approved 3 tentative parcel maps (for 1075-1095 Monroe Ave., 1080 Monroe Ave., & 1100 San Pablo Ave.), and a planned unit development amendment for development of a 27,500 sq. ft. grocery store, 17,5000 sq. ft. of retail space and 175 units of senior housing for a previously approved project. The City determined that no additional environmental review is required (Resolution Nos. 2014-023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029). These actions are part of the University village at San Pablo Avenue Project for which a Final EIR was adopted and certified on 7/9/12, and an EIR addendum was adopted on 5/6/13.
