Approval of Environmental Impact Report No. 2011-1, Variance No. 2012-04 (a,b) and Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 2012-02 for construction of 22 new single family residences and the preservation/rehabilitation of the existing Sexlinger Farmhouse with a 16 tree orchard on a 5-acre site. The farmhouse and orchard will be on a 10,044 sq. ft. lot at the northwest corner of the site, rehabilitated to Secretary of the Interior historic preservation standards. The farmhouse will be used as a single family residence per building code requirements for habitable structures. The new residences will be developed on the reminder of the property, with lot sizes ranging from 6,000 sq. ft. to 8,611 sq. ft.
