The project consists of the development of 24 single-family residences, and variances for reduced street frontages for Lot 7 from 50 feet to 38 feet, and for Lot 8 form 50 feet to 45 feet. The proposed project is located at 1584 East Santa Clara Avenue just west of Portola Park and is zoned Single Family Residential (R-1), with a General Plan designation of Low Density Residential (LR-7). The site is proposed to be developed with 24 single family residences ranging in size from 2,340 to 2,777 square feet. The project would also widen and improve the southern portion of East Santa Clara Avenue within the project frontage and the project proposes a connection from Lyon Street south of the project site, north to East Santa Clara Avenue.
