Document Description
The project proposes to build an approximately 200,000 gross square foot (GSF), 450-bed Health Sciences Graduate Student Housing project on an approximately 4.5 acre developed site. The proposed housing would be built in both low- and high-rise buildings. In addition to husing units, associated non-residential spaces within the project program would include administrative/management office; vending, laundry and mail services; meeting rooms; custodial/maintenance space; and an internal "grove" open space area.
