Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide 14.5 acres into 2 lots, eliminating underlying Tract Map 46205-01. The property is vacant and no structures are proposed at this time; therefore the project will not use domestic water, require sewer disposal service or disposal systems. Equestrian Way and Yearling Drive easements will be eliminated. A grading study indicated that a total of 20,000 cubic yards of dirt will be required to grade and balance on site if the project site is developed in the future.
