Document Description
The project includes a 59,600 sf. hotel and a 6,000 sf. restaurant. The hotel consists of 112 rooms in a 3-story building of 35 ft. it would include a 1,000 sf. outdoor dining area and tower element of 32 ft. The project includes assoc. landscaping, parking, and frontage improvements. The project also includes an Ordinance Amendment for a Hotel Overlay to Article III (Inland Zoning Ordinance) and a rezone from the Industrial-Research Park (M-RP) to the Professional Institutional (PI) zone district.
