Document Description
The project proposes to expand the existing Double Tree Hotel in two phases to add 52 guest rooms, a hotel lobby, a 12,492 square foot ballroom for 500 guests, and a 4-level parking structure for 373 cars. Phase I includes the construction of a four-story building for the 52 guest rooms and a hotel lobby that total 52,620 square feet. Phase I also includes parking for 240 cars. Phase II includes the construction of a one-story, 12,492 square foot ballroom that will seat 500 guests. A three-story parking structure totaling 86,527 square feet for 373 cars will also be constructed as part of Phase II.
