Document Description
Caltrans proposes to make operational improvements to Route 101 within the City of Carpinteria. A portion of the project will be implemented by Caltrans on District-owned property. The District conveyed an easement to Caltrans and executed a Right-of-way contract with Caltrans. The Santa Barbara County Flood Control District is filing this NOD as a Responsible Agency because the District is providing an easement and Right-of-way contract over District-owned property to allow the construction of a sound wall.
