NOTE: Joint Document consists of Negative Declaration and Environmental Assessment. The project will expand the existing wastewater treatment facility from its current capacity of 0.240 million gallons per day (MGD) to 0.280 MGD by transforming the existing aerated pond system into an activated sludge system with nitrification and denitrification.
