Document Description
University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) will lease 100% of the space (~50,000 sf and 180 parking spaces) of a medical office facility to be constructed directly across from the Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital, from Sixteenth Street Medical Center LLC. Once operations, the facility will be leased by UCLA to accommodate outpatient surgery, radiation oncology, phlebotomy, and physician office space.
