Document Description
The proposed project consists of demolition of all existing structures on the site and construction of a new three-story (45 feet in height) 45,000 square foot outpatient surgery and oncology center, built over a three level subterranean garage with 250 parking spaces, including 68 tandem stalls. The project is situated on 30,000 sf parcel located on the eastside of 16th Street between Wilshire Boulevard and Arizona Avenue.
