To backwater an existing low flow crossing on El Jaro Creek, a series of 5 rock weirs will be constructed starting at the tail-out control for the pool and extending downstream within the active channel at approximately 40-50 foot intervals (approximately 250 feet total). Once the instream construction is complete, approximately 250 feet of bank restoration of the right bank (facing upstream) will be conducted. Bank restoration will include the removal of antiquated pipe/wire revetment and gabion baskets.
