Document Description
The proposed project consists of 98,000 cubic yards of grading to be balanced on site, removal of 51 oak trees and encroachment on 109 oak trees construction, of an 8,100 square foot single-family residence, 1,630 square foot detached 4-car garage, 1,234 square foot gym/office, 400 square foot pool house, a 55 square foot gate house and another accessory building consisting of a 995 square foot second unit with an attached two-car garage, a 3,720 square foot 10-car garage and 613 square foot workshop. Ingress and egress access to the project site will be provided by a newly constructed access road.
