Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0236-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Pepperdine University. The project is limited to the replacement of an existing debris basin with a new debris basin approximately 400 feet upstream using 16,000 cubic yards of material from within the project site. Upon completion of the new debris basin, the existing debris basin will be removed and replaced with fill to raise the grade up to 55 feet above it's current level. This will serve as a pad for construction of an expanded recreational area with a turf field, restroom, paved access road, and drainage system.
