Document Description
CVWD proposes to replace the non-functional El Carro Well at the existing well site located in El Carro Park and install one new pipe segment and three replacement pipe segments. Pipe segments would mostly be in existing road rights-of-way. Two segments would be in public parks (El Carro Park and Franklin Creek Park). Two concrete channelized creeks would be crossed by pipe segments (Franklin and Santa Monica Creeks).
