Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction and operation of the Central Region Elementary School No. 21. The proposed project would require the demolition of existing structures on the project site, and the relocation of the existing pocket park within the proposed school site. In addition, there are two vacant parcels on the project site, an existing north-south alley between 45th and 46th streets, and a portion of the existing east-west alley between Central Avenue and Wadsworth Avenue which will be vacated to accommodate the proposed project.
